Please read this carefully before submitting a booking enquiry. By ticking the box on the enquiry form, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to the following.
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you are entering into this agreement freely, of sound mind, and with full capacity to consent. Photographic ID may be requested. Sessions are conducted as incall, outcall, or virtual arrangements by appointment only.
Sessions with Mistress Katya Green involve consensual adult BDSM, fetish, and role-based activities. All activities are negotiated in advance. Nothing in this agreement involves any illegal activity, and no part of any fee constitutes payment for sexual services.
Consent is ongoing and may be withdrawn by you at any time during a session. A safeword or a clear instruction to stop will be respected immediately. Withdrawing in-session consent for your safety or comfort is always free, immediate, and carries no penalty. This is separate from the financial cancellation terms below.
You understand that BDSM, fetish, and physical activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort, bruising, marking, emotional response, and injury. You confirm that your participation is entirely voluntary, that you have considered these risks, and that you accept them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you participate at your own risk and release Mistress Katya Green from liability for any harm arising from activities you have consented to, except to the extent such harm results from gross negligence or any cause that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate, and that you have disclosed any and all medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or limitations relevant to your safety during a session. You accept responsibility for any consequences arising from a failure to disclose such information.
You agree to respect all negotiated boundaries and limits. Mistress Katya Green reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate any session at her sole discretion — including for breached boundaries, dishonesty, or unsafe conduct — with no refund of any fee or deposit in such circumstances.
Your personal information is collected solely for screening and booking purposes and is stored confidentially. It will not be shared with any third party except where required by law. In return, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of Mistress Katya Green's identity, location, and any personal details, and not to disclose, publish, or share them.
No photography, audio, or video recording of any session is permitted by either party without the prior, explicit consent of the other. Covert recording is strictly prohibited.
A deposit is required to confirm a booking. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
